- To initiate a refund, customers must submit a verifiable unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- The unboxing video should clearly exhibit the product's condition, emphasizing any visible damage or discrepancies.

Refund Process:
- Upon receipt of the unboxing video, our support team meticulously reviews the footage to verify the reported issues.
- If the claim is validated, we proceed with the refund process.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Replacements Policy:
In cases involving damaged or mismatched products, we offer the option of replacements. The procedure for requesting a replacement is the same as asking for a refund.
Conditions for Refund/Replacement:
- The submission of an unboxing video is a mandatory requirement for all refund or replacement claims.
- Claims must be lodged within 24 hours of the product's delivery.
- Claims submitted without the requisite unboxing video will not be entertained.
Order cancellation:
For order cancellations, a cancellation charge of ₹100 will be applied to all online orders choosing the standard online payment method.
Please allow 5-6 working days for the refunded amount to be credited back to the payment source.
